What should I do if Ive been falsely accused?

Someone broke into my computer teacher's room, sprayed blue paint over the blackboard saying Mr. Dennis is a fascist in spray paint, and went onto his computer changing my grade from a B to an A.



In class, someone spoke up, and said that I was the one who broke in and caused the vandalism. I opened my locker (which hadnt been opened for days) to show them there was nothing to see. Instead, there was a can of blue paint and gloves with blue paint on them!



Im in a LOT of trouble, and I've been framed! I would never change the B to an A. I have really good grades, and a B would not even make a difference!



How can I prove or tell the principal that Ive been framed?

They assumed the code is something only I knew, as Im pretty good at cracking them, though it was Grades XX, which is used for the filing cabinet (broken into almost every day)

Who else would have your combination? as well as between what times did the crime take place and where were you? Answer these 2 questions youll be able to get off and find out who may have done it .If you didnt do it that is.

Now sometimes people can get your locker combo. but listen... tell them to pull the tapes of camrea off of school that they record everyday.

maybe your locker partner told someone that your combo is that.
You should make a list of possible subjects. You should definitely get the spray paint cans checked for fingerprints and any other DNA, such as a hair strand in your locker. Have them review all cameras if any and I doubt it, but if the doorknob hasn't been touched, or been touched by 1 person, get that finger print checked for any other possibilities. Pay attention and see if anyone reacts differently in school to you, besides the fact they think you did what you didn't. Higher a lawyer. Tell them to search your house for any evidence at all of spray paint and make sure you don't have any.You seem to be a hacker, so clean out your computer COMPLETELY, and have them search that for any hacking signs. Once you have all possible things that can get you guilty removed, tell them that you will be hiring a lawyer. If they find nothing, it will certainly eliminate some things. But if you have that hacker's reputation, make sure no one tells. This will **** you (just to be straightfoward). Tell them to check for fingerprints of the computer on the keys and mouse or whatever. Tell them to do every possible thing you can think of that can eliminate the bullshit. Pay attention to your locker partner. Get some information about them. Do this as soon as possible to clear your record, and if you can clear it, sue the school for all the trouble you've gone through. GOOD LUCK
