Then change yourself yourself. Don't let us tell you what to wear.
walk into a paradise called HOLLISTER.

or ABERCROMBIE.

ask your mom bout make-up.

but whatever you do,

do NOT make your eye shadow match your shirt.

make-up should make your features stand out, not make you look like a clown.

GOOD LUCK!
you have the best teacher ,ask your mother or older sister if you have 1 to show you how to apply make-up and have a style show for themsee what they think and if it looks good wear it
go ahead its your body
to make yourself look girly without changeing yourself completely you can wear pink. pink always girl-ifys anything.

and jewelry can always help too. how you wear your hair can affect your girlyness too.
at 13 you shouldn't wear too much makeup so keep your makeup to a minimum. Light blush, light eyeshadows, lipgloss. No foundation, or eyeliner, or powder, I wouldn't even wear mascara yet. You want to be girly not trashy remember that! You can make anyhting look girly with accesories too, so always wear earings and necklaces. Maybe you should wear more skirts and pink and flowers. Also, make sure you style your hair, and wear a light fragrance. But most importantly carry yourself like a lady. That is the advice I would give to my little sister. :)
well don't expect to wake up one morning and be all girly. it takes time and you can't change all at once.

first, change your clothes. go shopping and since it's back to school time, this would be a good opportunity to change your wardrobe. go shopping at girly stores like aeropostale, wet seal, forever 21, hollister, american eagle, a%26amp;f, etc. by changing your wardrobe you will already become a lot more girly.

for make up, start off with a little bit of make up. for 4-5 months wear lip gloss and mascara. and then after you and the surrounding people around you are used to it...add some eye liner and so on. but do it step by step. overall it will prolly take you about 6 months to a year to fully become girly. if you do it all at once, you will feel weird and uncomfortable and your friends might say stuff about how you've suddenly changed. so take it step by step and have fun!

good luck =]
Nicole... she did ask a question, she asked how to be a more girly girl. Anyway, you should get your hair and nails done, wear skirts and dresses. If you don't like the dresses you can always wear cute jeans with heels or cute shoes and a nice top. wear earrings and necklaces. Take the test and see who you really are. If you aren't meant to be a girly girl, you can still wear cute sneakers and jackets, dressing casual but still cute, Good Luck!
just a few tips on when you do do your makeup (seeing as I'm 13 but going into 8th) put it on VERY light use light colors like baby blue and pink and those colors, if you put on dark colors, put them on extra light so they don't look too dark because being someone who grew up in your time too i think we all saw the Full House episode where DJ went into middle school and she was the dorky kid along with Kimmy, so they both started wearing makeup and wearing really ';sexy'; clothes, but the mistake that they did that Becky afterwords told her not to do was put 10 pounds of makeup on. you want to go with a color that blends in with your skin a little AND matches your outfit, and along with eyeshadow you don't want to wear a REALLY DRASTIC color lipstick/lip gloss, use a light pink or something like that, but have it match your skin and hair. if some of your other friends are girlier than you and you just kinda wanna be like them, then take them shopping with you, and unless your a rich family you probably don't get money handed to you, so this change for you and your parents is going to be very drastic, and also for your friends because your gonna have to deal with ';girl problems/gossip'; and all of that, and your parents are going to have to deal with how expensive your life is getting, because I've been wearing makeup and all that stuff for a long time because I started in like 2nd/3rd grade, but this past year I'm all ';DESIGNER CLOTHES!!'; so my mom is like flippin out with how much she paid for school clothes this year, and if you do kow people that are more girly than you and you want to be like them but your not that much of friends, then you should start talking to her because then you can get to hang out with girlier people and would be able to help you go through all of this...

P.S. email me if you want nemore info/tips!!

Just don't do what I did... blue eyeshadow and pepto bismol pink lipstick!

It doesn't mean you have to wear a bunch of pink, either. A lot of what you do depends on you, but at 13, I would suggest you pick a sheer lipgloss, a peach/light brown blush, and an eyeshadow duo that is in the brown/neutral range. It's a lot harder to mess up neutral colors, and you don't look too made up. I am assuming your coloring is close to that of your icon. You want mascara and an eyebrow pencil if you want to bring out your eyes, however, black isn't necessarily the right color. You may want a brown or clear mascara and your eyebrow pencil should be as close to your hair color as possible, but NEVER darker, and you don't draw it on like a crayon, but brush it on in short, light strokes. Eyeliner usually makes your eyes look small and beady, or it makes you look too grown up. Focus on the lashes and brows instead.

If you have a sister/mother/friend who is knowledgeable about this stuff, ask them for tips (but take it with a grain of salt), or go to a clinique counter. They are very knowledgeable and you can tell them that you want something basic, neutral, and easy to use. You don't need foundation unless your skin is problematic, and loose powder and liquid are better, albeit more expensive than the pressed crap that most teenagers start out with.

As far as hair goes, it really depends on what look you like, but a simple style, like half up and clipped with a cute barette is classic and easy to start with while you experiment with other styles. I never really wanted to be a girly girl, so hair is not my area, but I have found good results with straight irons, curling irons, volumizing mousse, hair wax, and hairspray. The wax helps get a bit more texture in and does cute chunky styles, the mousse I use only at the roots with my head upside down and blowdryer to get lift, and the spray holds it all. Still most days are scrunchy around a messy bun.

Fashion. well, this is so tied to personal preference, it is hard to say much, but introducing tank tops trimmed in lace, lighter, more flowy, feminine tops, capri pants, and maybe some strappy sandals might girly up your wardrobe without spending a ton of money. It doesn't really matter what stores you shop at... people may think that aeropostale is the best, but yo can look cute and shop at target or old navy, too.

If you are quite thin and don't fill out clothes quite right, and your parents aren't against it, you may want to get a push-up bra. I am not saying to get one and wear low V-neck shirts and show off a bunch of cleavage. I am saying that if you notice that shirts are too baggy in the bust it will help smooth out your silhouette. Make sure it fits right, though, you don't want your breasts to be bulging at top or have a gap because the cup is a bit too big. You may have to go to many, many stores to find the right fit, but if you go to a nicer store, they can measure you and tell you what band size you need (but cup sizes vary by manufacturer, so take that information with a grain of salt).

If you want to wear a skirt or dress, but don't feel comfortable when wearing them, you can wear a pair of bike shorts under them until you're more comfortable.

A little bit of jewelry is nice, and it doesn't have to be custom tailored to every single outfit. You can pick a simple, cute necklace that goes with anything, and some simple earrings. I'm pretty sure watches aren't the norm anymore, but if you wear one, get one that's not too plain or one with a silver band or something cute like that.

Good Luck!
Okayyy and whats the point of this.

You didn't ask a question.
