How to deal with the teacher after you get caught cheating? 10 points!?

Some of my friends and I have been changing our grade in our math class, and we're in high school btw. We get on the teacher's computer and raise our grades. I had an F at first, then raised it to a C without the teacher noticing. But a week later, stupid me raised it to an A- and now it's so obvious! Some of my classmates claim that they overheard my teacher talk about how she noticed the change. So now there's a possibility of me getting caught, but it's uncertain yet.

This is different from the usual form of cheating, which is cheating on tests!

I know it's wrong, and i would never do it again. I really don't need to hear ';it's wrong and you should never do it again';, even though I'm pretty sure a lot of the answers will still be similar to that.

I plan to confess to my teacher if she asks me about it, and I plan on telling the truth. But the thing is, half the class (literally) was involved in this and I feel that the story will most likely get mixed up. She'll say he did it, he'll say they did it, they'll say I did it, etc... And I might get most of the blame because it was my idea. How should I make my story to make it sound more sympathetic? I'm not trying to get out of this, I accept the consequences, but I just don't want to get the majority of the blame for it when so many other people did it too. I heard that there is already some people who plan to deny it. I don't plan on denying it so please help me think of what to say to make the truth sound better!

also, the teacher dislikes me already, a lot.How to deal with the teacher after you get caught cheating? 10 points!?
Wow, this is tough. If you say the teacher dislikes you then this is your chance to really earn some points with her. You should ask her after class if she will have time to meet with you after school. Then go to her and be sincere, tell her that you were involved and you're sorry. Sincerely sorry. Try not to get the other students involved- she will respect you more if you dont try to put the blame on others. Tell her you accept any consequences, and you know you haven't been the best student but you're willing to make a huge improvement. Then tell her that although you're not a good math student, you think that she's a great teacher (teachers love to hear stuff like that) You will probably really shock her, and hopefully she will see you in a new light and go easy on you. There's really no getting out of this. You'll be lucky if you're not expelled. Maybe there's a good reason your teacher doesn't like you. It's not like your F was a result of her not liking you - there's a right and a wrong answer in math. Own up quick and maybe you won't be expelled. Go talk to her before anyone else does.
