How Do I Deal With A Stupid Teacher?

I'm a senior, this is my last semester before I graduate, so i decided to take an SAT test preparation class just to see if it would help my scores (which it didn't). I had missed like the first 2 weeks of the class because I had my schedule changed so I had missed 2 weeks of assignments. my grade was doing good in there, I didn't think I had to worry about the assignments I wasn't there for because on the progress reports he had gave me it said that those assignments weren't being counted for. Then at the last minute when grades were close to being due he changed them all to 0's and my grade became an F. so I went to him, and he gave me make up work to do to make up the grade, which I did them and he ended up losing them and gave me more copies, I did those and turned it into him, he acted like he didn't even want to take them. I asked him every time I seen him if he had changed the grade and he always made up an excuse ';oh I'm getting to it right now'; ';the computer is down'; etc. It took him over a month to finally change my grade and it only went up to a D. I am sooo tired of dealing with him, and this stupid class is making my transcripts and report card look bad, it probably can even stop me from graduating if I don't pass it because right now for this semester he has me with the stupid D and an F. there's only 2 weeks left for me until my senior year ends, how do I deal with a teacher who doesn't seem to care.How Do I Deal With A Stupid Teacher?
One thing you could do is talk to the Head. However, it's likely to be an uphill struggle. Your teacher has a lot to do, and might have initially wanted to be generous, but might have been told later not to do so.



You might also need to make sure that you didn't misunderstand. Did your teacher say, perhaps, that your missing assignments were not being counted as missing because you were expected to submit them - ie.better late than never?



Whatever you do, showing that you consider it to be a ';stupid'; course is unlikely to get you any sympathy with the teachers, who after all are in control!How Do I Deal With A Stupid Teacher?
tell the headmaster about it. threate to make him lose the job if he still doesn't care.
