Florida Law - Hacking into school system...?

My moron of a brother decided to hack into the school's computer system and change his friend's grade. Not only did he do that, but he gave out the system password to this friend (who knows how many other kids have it now and have also changed their grades??). The school is now preforming an investigation. My question, what could be the largest possible charge against him for this crime? Age: 17, State: FL, Grade: 11th.Florida Law - Hacking into school system...?
Felony forgery, computer crime, the use of forged academic records, conspiracy, wire fraud, identity theft and unauthorized computer access.

Don't worry about expulsion, get him an attorney.Florida Law - Hacking into school system...?
Well, for the most part expulsion is not far away.

The chances are low that he will recieve a charge for this ';crime'; but the school would most likely kick him out and put it in his permanent records.
