How should i tell my parents this?

Well at the beginning of the semester i had a missing assignment in one class and it made it an F even though there is only one assignment. My parents being frikin ridiculous would've have flipped on me if i showed them so i hid it. Eventually this led to having to change my grades to A's when i print them out on Friday using Microsoft word. Right now i don't have A's but my parent's think i do.

I have 2 A's 2 B's and 2 C's. I'm trying hard to get those C's to at least B's.

I want to have them be aware that i don't have all A's but i have a few B's. I was thinking that maybe i could slowly drop the percentage of the grade when i change them to B's and maybe they wont care so much but i feel like absolute crap. My dad keeps thanking me for my grades and i keep stressing out over this. please help me! I want to get out of this without them knowing i lied to them. How should i tell my parents this?
Honesty is the best policy. It will catch up to you sooner or later you might as well come cleanHow should i tell my parents this?
There's no way to get out, grow up and tell them the truth.
tell them you fibbed about your grades, and you felt guilty. Tell them that you will try as hard as you can to get your low grades up to a's. And you will except any reasonable punnishment
First of all mate, you can't get away with it without telling the truth. Just tell them you had an F. It's just one F, the others were good, you don't need to worry much. They will be mad, of course, because you lied to them. But they will understand and eventually it will go away (But NEVER take them for granted. Everyone has limits.). Just try your best at your studies.
