Please help me before I go off on my Counselor and Spanish teacher?

Okay so my 1 semester of spanish 2 the teacher gave me a B went up to her and ask her why or whatever and then she gave me a list of what i was missing.Turns out she i did turn everything in (i had to argue with her to show her she was wrong) so she told the counselor to change it to an A. However the Counselor change My progress report and not my Semester grade. she changed the wrong thing. So I have to tell her to change the right thing again.



Now i just got my transcript and the spanish teacher gave me another B and i know i turned EVERYTHING I even made sure of it. the reason i think she gave me B is because my friend got caught cheating in class and she thinks i was involved plus she didn't like me because i was arguing for a grade change.



How do i confront my teacher about this, at this point i feel like going off on her because it's really pissing me off and i know she's going to pull some BS.Please help me before I go off on my Counselor and Spanish teacher?
I know it's hard, but be as polite and respectful as you can. You've probably heard the old saying about drawing more flies with honey. Also, I would recommend getting your parents to come with you to talk to the teacher. It helps to have support and sometimes teachers will listen to parents better than students.
