I am having a problem with my Spanish teacher. She is being extremely unfair.?

Long story short.

Another student and I were discussing the grades on our quizzes. I got a 96, he got a 94 and we got the same exact thing wrong. He went to the teacher, and the teacher deducted 2 points from mine, giving me a 94. It was then I realized multiple (4+) people got the SAME question wrong and still received a 96, and she didn't change their grades. I went to her after class and asked her why she changed only mine. Her excuse was that she forgot to use a calculator and ';guesstimated';. When I asked her why she was able to use a calculator for 1 person, and not the rest, she said ';she was grading quickly';. I explained to her how it was not the 2 points I cared about, but more so the fact that she took 2 points ONLY off of mine.

I know this teacher well; she has favorite students, and I have no doubt this was done purposely. She said she'll ';think about it';, but I don't see what there is to think about. If she does not make the right decision (giving me my 2 points back), I am filing a complaint about her because this is absurd; and this isn't the first time either.

She does this ALL THE TIME! She deducts random points and grades incorrectly, and when I ask her for my points back, her excuse is ';This is an honors class';. I try to tell her that it doesn't give her the right to take off random points. She has only been teaching at this school for 2 years and her opinion will be regarded just as much as mine if needed to go that far, because I am a straight A high honors student, so obviously I am aware of everything regarding my grades.

Any advice?

Again, it's NOT the 2 points, it's the fact that she gives grades based on WHO. I knew she's been doing this all along, I just haven't been able to ';catch'; her. I did now; and I am actually kind of glad this happened so an end can be put to this absurdity.I am having a problem with my Spanish teacher. She is being extremely unfair.?
Yes, complain. I agree, it is not the 2 points, it is the lack of fairness. You will be saving someone else from her wrath. My daughter's chemistry teacher is doing the same thing and I complained to the principal. She is also an honor student and it makes a difference on her GPA.I am having a problem with my Spanish teacher. She is being extremely unfair.?
All you can really do at a high school level is make a complaint to the head of the department, or the principal. Usually in this type of situation the school will send out someone to sit in on her class and observe. If you claim there is an issue with grading, they may even choose to evaluate her grading and assignments. I feel bad that this is happening to you, so hopefully your school takes this seriously. Sometimes teachers tend to have favorite students and tend to grade them differently, which is unfair to all the other students. Good luck, and I hope things get resolved. If nothing else, I would complain to the schoolboard or the superintendent
There is wayyy to much to read.. too much explanation so just tell the teacher ';vete pa' carajo mujer';

';go to hell woman';
