Should I even bother with a grade change?

My freshman year of high school was very difficult. i was in the highest biology class (there are 3 lanes: accelerated, advance, and one). of course my parents encouraged me to take accelerated..(advance college level class)

It was THE HARDEST CLASS i've ever taken. the homeworks were needed to be googled for an answer ! after every night's homework people would be coming into class knowing more than what was in the reading from the textbook (which is was a standard CA textbook that is also used for biology 1)

it was so hard i ended up with a C in the class. The next semester I dropped to Biology 1a (advance-middle lane). I started slacking off in that class because of how sick i was from the subject (*i studied A LOT in accelerated*. i made it my top priority=did badly in other classes).

So i ended up getting a lazy for biology advance. she didnt put in my extra credit in properly (she made it out of an assignment..). from my calculations i should have gotten at least a B- in the class instead of a C.

i talked to her earlier this year (im now a sophomore). she said she'd email me after looking it over..she never emailed me..

should i go talk to her about it? will colleges really care about freshman year? Please tell me everything you know.Should I even bother with a grade change?
Colleges don't look at freshman year. You're not ruined as long as you got credits from that class(which you should have for getting a C unless you go to some crappy catholic school.) Please don't make it sound like you really deserved a B either and it's the teacher's fault you shouldn't have to depend on extra credit, and if you get points out of it that should be all you need. You got a C, you deserved a C.
