I have bad grades and report cards are coming out, Help!?

ok we recently took out first semester exam at my school. So that means report cards are going out when we come back.(We r on Christmas break) I am sure i have really bad,in fact i think know. What i need help with is how do i get my parents to not get as mad. Ok here's how it is, If i get bad grades on progress reports i get in trouble and my parents know that i end up bringing it up by report cards. That's how it always has been. Well this time i didn't bring it up and know im gonna be in trouble. I know my parents r gonna be really mad and really disappointed. Im already disappointed at myself and i know i need to do better. My question is what can i do to make them not that mad at me. DO NOT say change the grades. I cant do that. Really i cant, I wouldn't know how and also i couldn't bring myself to do it. Also don't say, Tell them ur sorry. No Sorry isn't gonna do anything. I really need help with how to make them not as mad.I have bad grades and report cards are coming out, Help!?
I don't know how your family works, but it sounds like you have to accept their being mad.



But, constructively, see if you can work out a plan, either on your own, or with your parents, on how you can do better. It sounds like you mutually agree on the goal, which is infinitely better than if (say) grades were very important to your parents, but you didn't really care. If your problem is distraction, decide to have the discipline to not have the computer or TV on while you're doing your homework, and even turn off your phone if you have one. If the problem is overload, figure out what activiites you need to drop. Or, if you have a lot of honors or AP classes, you might decide to go down one step to the normal class - you'll learn more when the pace is matched to you, and you could end up being the smartest person in the class.



If you only want to do better, but make no positive plan, then nothing will change next time.I have bad grades and report cards are coming out, Help!?

Take the punishment. You obviously deserve it. You're the only person at blame for this.
what i did once was just forge a new copy of my report. I made the marks good, not great. This got my parents to actually believe it, they were impressed that i had improved, but still wanted me to do a bit better.



You can do that, or you can just face your parents and grow a set. LOL nvm i saw u dont want to change grades. Telling them sorry is useless too. Just make sure whatever you do make sure u seem intent on doing better.
The best advice I can give you is stop smoking weed and occupying your time with screwing every dude at school and putting your nose into the books.

when they get it don't give them any excuses or anything. say you've been really stressed and havn't been really concentrated on school. tell them your plan on making them better for the next semester. it should help at least a little

smack them upside the head. Tell them they are the biggest influences on you, and your bad grades are their problem, and they shouldnt yell.



but if they're Asian, then you might want to hide under the bed and never come out since you got that B-...
First, Don't think how your parents think about you, think how do you feel about your grades, Do you Know that recently a lot of teenagers have the same problem that you have, because they tried to get good grades only for your parents don't get mad.

Think big, you know that study is not easy, because it need time to do,is like go to work and you need to do because is your job, All kind of jobs need practice to do better the job, all subjects need practice to pass the tests and get good grades. yesterday you can't do nothing but now you can think big. If now you study hard in the future you will have work less , but if now you can't study hard in the future you will have to work more. Because now is your time to study, you don't have to go to work, or take care of children etc. I think your parents are proud of you because you are a good person thinking how they fell about you. you are their daughter but, your future is only yours, Think who earn more money,a person that study and have a good job, or a person that only go to school and don't graduate and have a very bad job because didn't have time to study, YOUR FUTURE IS IN YOUR HANDS. study and good luck.
