How to improve my grades.?

I have been feeling depressed lately towards the results i have been getting lately at school. I have studied for the tests and essays, but i always end up getting a C or C+. Im not sure what i'm doing wrong, my teachers say that i am doing well, all i need are little improvements, but when i improve on them i end up getting a C anyway. It is so frustrating ! What i would like to know is what are some ways i can improve my grades, what tips can you give me.

I really am determined to change my grades, but i am unsure what tasks or activities i can do to complete this. How to improve my grades.?
*Organize all of your assignments neatly-- it's best if you have a daily planner you can keep track of details in

*Study every day for a couple of hours, even on weekends, whether or not you have homework. If the teacher is going over something in class that confuses you, make a note to yourself to study it later until you fully understand the concept.

*Ask for extra credit assignments to boost your grade faster. You'd be surprised by how easy you can get points...

*Go to bed! Make sure to get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. This is one of the most important things you can do-- studies have shown that students who get more sleep almost ALWAYS get better marks. If you're sleepy in class, you'll be sluggish and unhappy.

*Don't miss a step-- if you don't understand something, ask a teacher, a friend, read up on it online, etc.How to improve my grades.?
Just do your work normally but with some effort into it. Don't try too much, and especially, don't over worry about your grades, I find that over worrying about your grades make you lower them actually. Study a lot and test yourself as well, once you completely memorized them, your ready for the tests. Idk how you still got a C or C+ for your mark if you've said you've studied and stuff. Maybe you didn't study enough? Or maybe your grades from before were really low.
-Become Organized.

-During class pay attention. Seriously.

-And when you do your homework, do it with all your concentration and don't rush through it.

-Every time you finish a unit/chapter, just revise through it at home. So you don't really have to study hard for a test the day before because you already know most of it.

-When you get your test results. Stay positive and look where you went wrong and correct yourself.

-And don't get too obsessed with studies because then you'll get stress.

-Ask teachers for help. They're there for a reason.

Good Luck (:
