How can I file a complaint when I believe that I was discriminated against in college?

This happened in an educational institution. I appealed my grades and I had a hearing but all the same the people at this institution were hard headed and they did not change my grades. I believe I have sufficient evidence to prove that I was discriminated against. I tried to seek legal help but lawyers don't do this kind of law suits. Where can I file a complaint to a higher level? Can some one help?How can I file a complaint when I believe that I was discriminated against in college?
Is it possible that you are too hard-headed to accept the grades you received?



As for proving discrimination, you may need to speak with the dean or president of your school. You could also contact the U.S. Department of Education and see if they know what you can do.
