My teacher gave me the wrong grade, how to change it?

I had no idea how did she gave me that grade, i know all my assingment score; she refuse to gave me my final term and final exam score; and she no longer with the school and move to another states, I had contact her in the email; but she's not helpful; school will not help, because teacher is the only person can change the grade. Any other way I can change my grade legally? My teacher gave me the wrong grade, how to change it?
You certainly cannot change your own grade. The department chair is the only person authorized to change your grade if your own professor is unavailable, but unless you can prove your claims, you won't be able to do much. Right now it is your word against hers, and since the grade is given by the professor, the burden of proof is on you to show that it was incorrect. If you can't find the professor, and you don't have the original papers, I'm afraid you are out of luck.My teacher gave me the wrong grade, how to change it?
If you have your own documentation of how your work in the class went, talk to her boss: if this is for college/university, that would be the head of her department. You could also try the registrar's office.

If this is for high school, talk to your parents and the principal.

In either case, it would be worth threatening the school with a lawyer if they won't help (once you've talked to your parents about it). Good luck!
if you have documentation
