How does my doctors note change my uni grades?

I received a doctors note to hand into uni to say why i was absent. How will this change my uni grades.. i mean, how high can they become.

A doctors note won't raise your grades, you were handing in work, even though you were not supposed to be able to they are going to think you convinced a doctor to write it for you.
I suggest you speak with your departmental head about this. I had a friend who did the same thing at the end of his course but they did not change his grade. I personally left after 6 months of not really turning up, despite handing in all cw. they were understanding and helped me considerably with deadlines, etc, but they could not change my grade.
