Changing grades on highschool transcripts?

k so im graduating this year and my parents are planning on sending me to bangladesh for medical school. now see not that im a horrible student just that well..when you think about it going to college in a third world country where money can get you ANYWHERE you just stop caring about how well you do in school. thus brings me to my point.. seeing that i have 3 F's =P this year AND there is no way in helll a school in bangladesh is gonna call america and ask if these are the right grades on my transcripts..you think i should change it? if so how?Changing grades on highschool transcripts?
I hope you graduate with good marks and come to compete for the seat in anyone of the many Medical Colleges run by the Government of Bangladesh.



I have some observation to make for your comment like ';third world country where money can get you ANYWHERE';. May be you are partially correct that in most of the developing countries one can get away with crimes by paying money. I am not certain if you know what has been happening in Bangladesh after the 11th January 2006 changeover.



You may come here for the medical college exam test (I'm talking about 12+ Government run medical colleges) and you would find that money can not possibly buy you a seat in these colleges.



However, if you are talking about the private medical colleges then please be prepared to have some donation-money (US$10,000 or BDT 700,000) deposited so that they can take you with the type of grades you have achieved so far (I saw them from your previous question).



Btw, my daughter is a 4th year student in a medical college run by the Government of Bangladesh and I saw how tough but fair competition it is to get a berth in such colleges.

Don't change them. 1) A school in Bangladesh probably won't really care, and 2) If they ever DID find out, you would definitely be expelled and might get into some nasty legal trouble too.
hey u remember me, i came to usa from bangladesh 3 yrs back. i just finished junior year of high school and gona be senior in a few months. na na don't change them. in bd passing grade is 50 and up and in usa passing grade is 60 and up. mention that to the uni admins in bd. u know u will have to give admission test for medical school and its gona be so tough, they will ask u questions on physics, bio, chemistry, math. i have a feeling dat it might be easier for u to finish education here. but if ur parents want u to study in bd then dat's good too. but don't change the grades, and they wont call usa to ask if the grades are right. just face the problem now coz if u dont face it now it's gona get u laterz. try in different medical schools in bd. i hope u get into a good medical school in bd. good luck.
