I want to fire my teacher?

If I go to the front office and tell the principle how my teacher doesn't teach anything, talks about his sex life, talks about how he does drugs, openly talks about drinking and smoking. Not to mention favoring students over others, changing grades, showing movies every day (like transformers and hitch)

By the way, I don't talk to too many people in that class cause I think the class is FILLED with complete idiot. I usually only talk to my friend Ariel and Melany plus I hate the teacher.

So my friend walks into class looking kind of sad so my teacher says

';Oh. damn. You look like a vampire. Are you from central Hungary or something'; (THATS WHERE IM FROM)

my friend is like ';no?'; so my teacher is like ';Don't tell Rita I said that (me) cause shes one of those weird quiet girls so she might do a school shooting or something';

If I tell this to the office, will they fire him?

Do they care about student opinion?I want to fire my teacher?
Your teacher apparently has given up on teaching your class. In the Los Angeles Unified School District, a lot of teachers at Locke High School have given up on their students and let them play cards in class. Or they show them feature-length movies during their classes. Either way, they are not teaching anything.

Your principal really may not care that your teacher has given up on teaching. It may be that your school itself is like Locke High in LA.

In any event, it is okay for you to write a letter of complaint about your teacher. You should stick to narrating the facts about what goes on in class, however, without throwing in evaluative comments.

If your principal doesn't support you, you may have to go to the school board.

well you can get a hidden tape recorder advice and stick it in your pocket and let it record everything being said that day and go to the principal and show them what was said because that was very unprofessional for what he or she did
No, you cannot fire a teacher.

However, you can document your observations and file a complaint. However, unless other students also file a complaint, chances are nothing will come of it. It will be more helpful if your parents file the complaint.

If the teacher is confessing to committing illegal activities, you can notify the local legal authorities. It is best if you have an audio recording of these confessions.
yeah u would have to have some proof. so maybe recording it or having some ppl back you up. Thats one crazy teacher, although i wudnt mind watching movies in my classes..hehe
Schools always ignore the students. Get as many kids as you can to write down EVERYTHING this teacher does and says. Put them all together and have your parents send them ALL to the principal AND copies to the district superintendent.

Have your parents write a cover letter addressed to BOTH the principal and superintendent stating they are going to file complaints with the school board if this is not stopped IMMEDIATELY !!!

WHAT AN IDIOT
talk to other students that agree with you, then go to the principle and say whats going on, the more students go talk to the principle then the better and they will do something other than 1 student going, but do something about it and take action before things go worse... good luck!
Lol I have a teacher like that except he's old and nice. The school may take disciplinary against the teacher if enough students complain and make something out of it. For instance, recently the P.E teacher was fired because she threw a ball at a kids face and a bunch of people told the principal and she was fired
You can't fire him because you're not his employer.

Depending on what district he teaches in, he may be so protected by contract that getting him fired is a 3-year process. (Most districts don't have contracts like that, but some do.)

Bottom line - get your parents involved. Have them get in touch with other parents of kids in his classes, and have them present several complaints to the administration. If you complain, the most he'll get is a slap on the wrist, if that. If your parents make a stink, more will be done. He may not get fired, but at least you won't have to hear about who he's slept with lately.

It sounds like you're in a school that's given up teaching; I'm really sorry to hear that. Is this the only teacher that acts like that, or are there others? If there are others, the school likely won't do anything except ask him to watch his mouth; if he's the only one, they'll be more likely to act.

Good luck...
You can't fire your teacher. That is like saying that you want to fire a police officer or the mail carrier. Only their employer can do that. If you tell the office the things you said in your first paragraph, they may seek some confirmation from other students. If the whole class says the same thing, they will probably just talk to him, not fire him. Of course, if he doesn't change any of these behaviors, they could fire him years later if they got enough evidence of this.

What you said in the second paragraph is not a big deal. It sounds like you just don't appreciate his sense of humor. If he really thought you were a potential school shooter, he would never have said anything like that.

I have to wonder why, if he was so terrible, you waited until June to bring this up?
i think you should say something

he is giving the students messege to use drugs to drink and to be sexual active

go to the boss and tell
