How to maintain a straight-line-stability in highway?

Based upon 11000 miles in my Sienna minivan, I am using the manufacture tires and it's maintain a 65+ mph cruising speed on the highway in the face of wind resistance, changing grades, etc.. If tires help?How to maintain a straight-line-stability in highway?
Good tires, front end alignment, make sure your rims are not bent.

When I drive, I line up the hood line with the paint markings in the lane, it keeps the vehicle in a straight line with the lane.How to maintain a straight-line-stability in highway?

not sure you mean your having problems holding it between lines most of time its tires wore or front end problem have you had either one check control arm bushing or stabilizer bar might be wore out
