that's illegal.you cannot change your grades unless you have the right hacking equipment
It's is illegal and can be consider hacking into a government system. (if we are talking about a public school system). Also it carries a big fine. (because they would need to change passwords and things like that and that takes time and money) Also it will follow you on your record and colleges won't even look at you. Best bet is to suck it up and face the bad grade. But please don't do it. A bad grade can be redone with a make up credit, once you do something like this you can't go back.
