If your name has is spelt Stacie on your birth certificate, then legally Stacie has always been the correct spelling of your name. Changing the spelling to Stacy is just a choice you made, like someone might choose to use a nickname instead of their full name, but their full name would still legally remain on their birth certificate. All you need to do is start spelling and writing your name as Stacie again - the only problem you might have is getting people (friends etc) who are used to spelling your name as Stacy to change - it might take a while for people to get used to. :]

if you never legally changed it there is no need to have it 'changed back'
if you did legally change it i believe you would need to go to your towns vital records office (where you would have had it changed in the first place)
If it's spelled Stacie on your birth certificate, then you can just stat spelling it that way in your life. It shouldn't be a big deal. If, however, you had your birth certificate changed to Stacy, then you will have to do a legal name change again to change it back to Stacie.
