How can i have an outgoing and attractive personality?

ok i'm really outgoing and i'm like CRAZY around my friends,

but other times, like in class, or a group event, or in a speech...or like an assembly or show, i never find the courage to participate in disscussions and volunteer. srsly i really need to change. my grade in participating in class discussions is really bad...and when i start participating, i want people to actually remember me.

i want my personality to be attractive! like a really fun person!

so how can i be really fun to be around

and have a bunch of ideas and friends?

DON'T .....please don't tell me to be myself. lol

just please don't

thanks!!!How can i have an outgoing and attractive personality?
You must have better self-esteem and confidence in all situations. I think your reactions are normal. Just try and develop more confidence in those other situations by gaining a better rapport with the situation. Remember, sometimes shy and quiet is the right attitude to have! How can i have an outgoing and attractive personality?
Take care of yourself.
lol, i am THE SAME EXACT WAY.
ur just like me! im planing to just not care wht people think about me have fun! laugh a lot.
You already have an outgoing personality it sounds like. But you seem to have fear of what people will think of you in class as opposed to being with your friends. My advice: Try speaking up slowly. If you know the answer to a question - answer it. It doesn't matter what other people think, only what you think. The more you actually try to participate, the more normal it will feel to you. It is very normal to be nervous and scared to speak up in front of people. You just have to screw up your nerve and do it. Volunteer at a senior center or something else that you are really good at or enjoy doing. Don't worry about sounding stupid or being nervous. Hope this helps you. I took a debate class, I really liked it and learned how to speak up for myself in it.
