Hi the teacher says she won't do a grade change because I attended class one time after I was hospitalized. But the thing is, I had schizophrenia during that time and bipolar disorder so shouldn't she remove the grade or change it since I had a severe disabiling mental illness? Maybe you could take up the cause of medical record request rights for the severely mentally ill.

They must be allowed access to their Lab Results so they can see for themselves what chemical inbalance is in their blood,it would make it alot easier to continue taking their meds and\or eating right.
