I'm not going to do the answer for you because this is something you'll actually need throughout your life, but here's a step by step guide.

Take the old value and subtract it from the new value, then divide by the old value.

So (45 - 18)/18



Multiply by 100. That number represents the percent change.Percent of change 7th grade help?
(45/18) 100 = 250% or a change of 150%
18(100%)=36(50%)=45 100%+50%=150%
